FAQ
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am based out of Greers Ferry, AR. A travel fee may be required for further travel. This will depend on the location and distance. I also travel out of state for weddings!
When do we pay?
I require a nonrefundable 20% down payment to reserve your date. The remainder will be due the week of your photoshoot. No photos will be released before payment is received.
Do you release raw unedited images?
I never, ever release raw images. This is the industry standard- the editing is part of my art, part of my work and part of what you are paying me for. Please take editing style into consideration when booking your photographer! Photographers spend a lot of time learning to shoot and edit the way they do, and they typically do not change it up per session.
When will I get my photos?
Most sessions require 2 weeks. Weddings require 4 weeks.
What if it rains or someone gets sick?
I am flexible with clients and rescheduling if need be, its life and stuff happens. Please keep in mind especially in busy season, it may be a few weeks before we can reschedule.
You can edit that out right?
It is a common misconception that photographers are all about photoshop and extensively edit each image. Photoshopping each image in a gallery is extremely time consuming. I know you want to be tan! But the truth is spray tans do not photograph well, especially when they are uneven and fading. Extensive editing to each image will require an extra fee.
